BOOKING AND COMMUNICATION
The client must provide “Sarah Marshall Photography” with their full name, contact number, billing address and email address.
This information will be kept private and only used for the completion of the job, payment, and distribution of images.
The correct email address is important for communication and delivery. Please check your junk mail and other email folders for emails containing the digital paperwork.
Future contact via email marketing may also occur regarding photoshoots or products that may interest you. You can unsubscribe to these at any time.
A retainer/deposit is shown on your quote and invoice and is due to save the date in my calendar.
This is non-refundable unless the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
The package fee must be paid in full before the client receives their digital files or products.
Payment must be paid via internet banking by the due date. Bank transfer or Credit/Debit Card via stripe is accepted via my online invoice. Bank account details will be provided on the invoice.
Failure to pay may mean the photoshoot cannot go ahead or images may not be available to view, select or deliver by your preferred date or deadline.
The client agrees to reimburse the Photographer for all reasonable expenses incurred in creating the Images, provided that such expenses shall be itemised and supported by invoices.
The client is responsible for all Out-of-Pocket Expenses such as parking, entry, toll, and other expenses directly related to the photographic assignment. Such expenses will be billed as it becomes available and quoted ahead of time.
The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer “Sarah Marshall Photography”.
The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions:
- Family and Wedding Clients.
The images taken by the Photographer are for your personal use only and cannot be sold or given to other companies for their marketing without prior written permission from Sarah Marshall Photography.
The client can share their images with friends and family and in most cases will have the printable files to make physical copies of the images they have purchased. Unpurchased images remain the property of Sarah Marshall Photography.
- Commercial Clients.
Photos are supplied for your commercial marketing online and in print for the business you have hired me for.
The photographs are not allowed to be on-sold or altered without prior written permission from the Photographer.
The client or marketing team can crop and resize the image to fit website or social media specs. For specific sizing and clearcutting requests please let me know prior to image delivery.
“Sarah Marshall Photography” appreciates the use of some of the best images to be used on her website, social media, and print materials for future marketing. Please advise me if this is an issue and you wish for me not to use your images.
The Clients hereby release the Photographer from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
The client must contact “Sarah Marshall Photography” as soon as possible if there needs to be a postponement or cancellation of the photoshoot. Where the Client cancels or postpones a booked appointment, the Client must pay, at the Photographer’s discretion, the amounts that have already been invoiced or are due as outlined on the booking agreement and invoice – regardless of whether the appointment is attended or not.
A new date will be agreed upon between the Client and the Photographer ASAP. In some cases, such as Covid-19 restrictions, it is understood both the Client and the Photographer are doing their best to complete the Photoshoot and final images in a timely way. Final payment due date is often moved to the date of the new Photoshoot.
Please postpone your photoshoot if you are unwell or a member of your household is unwell. Please postpone if you have been at a Covid-19 place of interest or awaiting test results.
